Appointments and Scheduling

We offer online scheduling through Jane App, a third-party booking and practice management platform. When you book through Jane App, your use of that platform is also governed by Jane App's own terms of use and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when you book. Submitting a booking is a request for an appointment, and your visit is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us or through Jane App. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to another family.

Using This Website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and to learn about and book care with us. You agree not to misuse the site—for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, copy it for a competing purpose, or use it in any way that is unlawful or could harm the practice or other visitors.
